There are many design ideas when it comes to natural swimming pools. Designs vary from the traditional natural looking swimming pond with plants around a swimming zone that provide the filtration the same way a wetland does in nature; to more modern designs where no plants are used, and the swimming pool looks like a traditional formal pool with travertine stone and all the amenities normally found in a backyard pool.
